Congratulations to Teammate Sally for JG Cadet Graduation Honors

Los Angeles County Junior Lifeguard Program hosted the 2022 Cadet Graduation on September 17, 2022.We are very proud of SOBA teammate Sally G and SOBA alum Rylee N for being part of the program, and experiencing growth in knowledge, communication skills, and lifesaving techniques. This are our future LA County Beach Lifeguards. Congratulates to Cadet Rylee Nakayama for being awarded "Junior Lifeguard of the Year" for Los Angeles County Junior Lifeguard Program . Her hard work and dedication has paid off. A typical summer day for Rylee was going to SRT(Surf Racing Team) practice from 8am to 12 pm and then rushing to TK on 2nd. street to be working as a Cadet mentoring junior lifeguards from 1 to 4 pm. In late September, Rylee will be traveling to Riccione, Italy for the Lifesaving World Championships 2022 , she will be competing in the Rescue World cup 2022.
